Play 1 "T.G." Synchro Monster from your Extra Deck that has a Level lower than half of the Level of 1 "T.G." Tuner Synchro monster you control. This Skill can only be used if you begin the Duel with no monsters other than "T.G." monsters in your Main Deck. This Skill can only be used once per Duel.
