Can be used if you have a "Meklord Emperor Wisel" monster on your field and you have 0 cards in your Extra Deck. Return up to 2 Level 1 DARK Machine-Type monsters in your hand to your Deck and play "Wisel Top", "Wisel Attack", "Wisel Guard", or "Wisel Carrier" (max. 1 each) up to the number of monsters you have returned. This Skill can only be used once per Duel.
