[REQUIREMENT] Can be activated before your normal draw from turn 4 onward if your opponent has a face-up Level 7 or higher monster or 3 monsters on their field. (Once per Duel.) [EFFECT] One of the cards from your normal draw will be a random Level 5 or 6 WATER Attribute non-Legend monster.
