Tachyon Transmigration

Can be used when you have a "Number" monster on your field with "107" in its name that activated their effect 2 or more times. Set 1 "Tachyon Transmigration" to your field from outside of your Deck. This Skill can only be used once per Duel if you begin the Duel with a Deck fulfilling the following conditions: ● Monsters in your Deck are only Dragon-Type monsters. ● Monsters in your Extra Deck are only Dragon-Type Xyz Monsters.
