Metalfoe Deskbot KOG on 12/26/2023. I have uploaded 2 metalfoe deskbot decks before May 2023. I did not play Duel Links much after May this year until this December. I would probably not play Duel Links that much from now on, at least no KOG anymore. Deskbot is my TAMASHI(soul-loving) deck and I love it so much since 2019, and I really like to share my deck as I don't see many similar deck on DLM and I know many people also love it. I will explain my deck and upload a video later before my quit on Duel Links.

The metalfoe deskbot is a deck combines metalfoe and deskbot, mainly on deskbot. It supports link, pendlum, and even xyz summonning depending on your choice. The core combo is to use metalfoe to destroy deskbot 005 on your pendlum zone, which will trigger 005's effect to special summon 002 multiple times in a single turn. 002 is not once-per-turn and you can add deskbot cards as many times as possible, so you can add 003 for your next turn or deskbot pendlum for pendlum summonning. Many times you will need 003 to summon 002 and add 005, and then send 002 to the graveyard by link summonning a link-2 monster, then use a metalfoe to destroy 005 and resummon 002 to add more cards(It is 003+metalfoe, 2 cards combo). In this case if not interrupted, you will at least have a link-2 monster, 002, and 005 after you pendlum summon, which allows further link summonning monsters like Borreload Dragon or Knightmare Unicorn. By metalfoe's effect you can also have a set trap on the field to protect. You can also set metalfoe fusion instead and 005 can destroy it when you pendlum summon it, so you can shuffle and draw a card which is a loop combo.

For the boss monster, I choose Borreload Dragon to deal with your opponents' boss monsters without target and destroy effects and it is good in many cases(like Yubel, Lunalight, etc). Be aware it requires only 3+ effect monsters so it does not match with unicorn or metalfoe monsters. 005 can destroy your opponents' backrows, 003 can boost atk, 006 can change atk/def position, so you will have many ways to finish the game.

This deck is comprehensive, but also pretty vulnerable to top tier decks and interrupts. It depends on your choice of ex-deck, your understanding of your opponents, and your opponents' understanding of your deck. I have like 108 wins on this December to get KOG from gold rank, and I admit it is difficult. It goes well on some other decks under the top tier(like, the never-absent stall decks). gghf
