Notes & Combos
After 7 months of not even touching Speed outside of KCC with Boxers and duel rooms, I have done it... I have reached KoG, and with my other favorite deck, Ancient Gears! And with a winstreak of 17!
You know how the deck works by now. You wanna go second, and you go HAM, you go UNGA BUNGA on the opponent, and the skill does help a little bit. You do not care to make a competent turn 1 because I feel it removes you of any follow-up. You go big or you go home, buddy.
For the non-engine, 2 Veiler and 2 Crow because handtraps good and can win you games at times. 1 Urgent Schedule for either a guaranteed Ballista or Phoenix. Dweller and Sanaphond to ***** over GY decks, although making Dweller is not as ideal. White Woman just clears most boards, White Baby is a bit more niche and barely used her because she is just new, but I feel she can come up in certain scenarios. I guess.
Overall, deck is fun, when you go second.
Now, it has been a while since I did a mecha anime recommendation as I do not do that for Rush KoG. Super Electromagnetic Robo Combattler V is a great show from the 70s! It has charm and a strong message about unity, while still being a crazy show!
