Paying just ecclesia without the Trap or fleurdelis to search is kinda pointless. Fleurdelis is really good for the lv 8er plays and is a +1 with ecclesia.
Witch of the Black Forest searches the following cards: 1.) Nibiru, the Primal Being 2.) Sauge de Fleur / Sorciere de Fleur 3.) Effect Veiler 4.) Sphere Kuriboh 5.) Chaos Dragon Levianeer 6.) Condemned Witch 7.) Dogmatika Ecclesia, the Virtuous
as well as a couple other things, but I won't list them, since you wouldn't want to search them with it.
Sangan can also search for some of the things witch can, but witch overall is better.
tldr: Witch searches basically everything good in the deck you'd want to search, and hand traps are especially good searches since you basically give yourself a free interruption on their turn, just by doing your normal Fleur combo. The only monster you can't search for that you would want to be able to search is Votis, which neither witch nor sangan can search for.
