Try to use all of your effects turn 1. Sometimes I would go normal set Sarraceniant activate Polymerization fuse with Byblisp from hand search Predapractice and Chlamydosundew, just depends on the hands.
Going first you're trying to end on Dragostapelia, Ambulomelides equipped with Predapruning, and a Predaplant on field with Super Poly in the backrow and Predaplanet in hand.
From there you can use Super Poly as interruption (literally fusing with your opp. monsters) or fusing your two monsters for a second Dragostapelia discarding Predaplanet, which lets you fuse to make a third Dragostapelia (not hard once per turn).
Hydra is a searchable Kaiju with the skill.
My most common play was Predapractice + Chlamydosundew, search Byblisp, fuse Ambulomelides, search Predapruning, search Sarraceniant, normal set Sarraceniant, tribute with Ambulomelides, summon Scorpio, discard for Scorpio, Sarraceniant search Predaplanet, Scorpio summon Cobra, Cobra search Super Poly, Activate Poly from the skill fusing Ambulo and Scorpio for Dragostapelia 1, activate Predapruning bring back Ambulo, set Super Poly... and that's the board listed above.
