Finally! RRs are back in the top, now with Infinity, the deck can easily access Infinity AND Requiem with ease just needing Tribute, Singing and Strangle for the base plays and either scale the 2nd summon with Vanishing or Pain. Once Tribute has touched the field, you can use Mimicry to get either Strangle or Singing -Summon Force Strix and add the remaining of the two -Dump it with the skill and get Soul Shave Force for a free Cyber Dragon Infinity. And the Umbreakable Mind you get can give you the RUM PK force for the next turn to rank up your Dark Rebellion you'll make with Singing and Strangle, and the latter can revive something from your GY that Infinity can absorb.
Of course, the RRs have always been vulnerable to the disruption of their NS while going second. Disrupt them once and they'll have to sacrifice the Infinity play, disrupt them twice and they're pretty much dead.
I've seen builds that use Blizzard to counter BOE and Dark Hole, and despite I've lost games for not having it, I personally had better results with MST overall.
