Notes & Combos
The ninth extra deck espace really makes it feel so much better picking up this deck. Now you can play two Air Raid and still have access to Arc Rebellion. To go into detail what this means for the deck is that now you can end on Air Raid and Force Strix either to summon a second Air Raid during your opponent's and pop one of their monsters or summon Satellite Cannon at the end of their main phase if they only set backrow all while being able to go into Arc Rebellion to close out games when necessary. Before the ninth extra deck space you either had to cut Arc Rebellion to end on the same board or you cut one Air Raid and swithed the Skip Force Rank-Up for Raid Force Rank-up so that you end on Stranger Falcon and force strix. The problem with cutting Arc Rebellion is that since your main form of removal is tageting destruccion there will be things you will not be able to out and you will not have Arc-Rebellion to deal with them. The problem with ending on Stranger Falcon and Force Strix is that you are not able to rank-up into Satellite Cannon at the end of your opponent's main phase (Stranger Falcon is one rank too low since your combos generally leave two darks in grave 5+2≠8), which means you could have issues facing set three pass.
P.S. Book of Eclipse and Forbidden Dropplet are better in this meta than Mind Control and Enemy Controller, unfortunately I do not have either of them. Also I only have two Phantom Knight's Rank-Up-Magic Force you can play three if you have three.
