Notes & Combos
World Chalice with Darklord Engine: It's kinda fun, almost a rogue deck, but at least you can KoG with it.
- Core cards are all World Chalice cards (except some Link copies), Darklord Ixchel, Darklord Superbia, 3x Banishment and Sanctified (Nasten can be replaced by Tezcatlipoca).
- Main combos are all around the Link monster Auram. Auram has a pretty synergy with Superbia (Contact is just a backup card and it's mostly being discarded by Ixchel to draw 2).
- Lee's GY effect is better than Amdusc to discard your Darklord monsters from the hand. Use Lee to discard your Superbia on hand and then summon it with Auram.
- You can tech a max of 2 staple cards to preserve consistency (better use quick-play spells because this is an OTK deck going second and a Control deck going first).
- Skill is Labyrinth Builder because if you go first, you can Normal Summon the Chalice twice to Special Summon 4 monsters from your deck (two monsters in your turn, and two monsters in your opponent's turn).
