Notes & Combos

Gishkis are an extremely aggressive OTK deck whose main combo involves repeatedly summoning Gishki Zielgigas and (hopefully) shuffling the opponents cards back to the deck. Antibackrow cards such as lance and nightbeam assist in doing your combo uninterrupted.

This decks turn 1 is admittedly really bad, the best you can do is end on dweller or bahamut shark + black ray lancer, however usually you are able to set up recent follow-up next turn.

Turn 2 is where this deck really shines. The main combo of this deck requires Aquamirror + Two Zielgigas, tributing one Zielgigas to ritual summon the other one. This can be achieved by using GishkI Shadow and Gishki Vision's effects to discard and add a gishki ritual spell/monster from the deck to the hand, and both Shadow and Vision can be searched for by Gishki Abyss, which can also be searched for by Beautunaful Princess. Since none of the gishki cards are hard once per turn effects you can reactivate them multiple times by adding them back with salvage (which itself is not once per turn). Salvage is a really good combo extender as well a great card for recovery.,Additionally Aquamirror can be shuffled back into the deck as well as add Zielgigas back to the hand using its effect.

Overall the deck isn't too competitive with its weak turn 1 and occasional bricks, but can be very very fun.
